1. RAW SUGAR WEIGHING & TIPPING - LOGIC :-
The Quantity of Raw
Material i.e., Raw Sugar taken in to down line processing will be continuously
Weighed & Tipped through Hi-Tech Micro-processor based electronic weighing
and tipping system. Online weighment data’s will be instantly transmitted into
the main DCS of the factory of continuously monitoring the input as well as
setting process parameters in line with input of raw material to achieve best
process results.
2. Hi-Tech Accurate Micro-processor based
electronic Working Principle:-

Ø Surge hopper c/w gravity feeder assembly
Ø 500 kg capacity weigh hopper c/w suitable
load cells & mountings and
bottom discharge door
Ø Bottom transition chute
Ø Fully wired control panel c/w
micro-processor based controller
` Weigh
hopper is placed over 3nos load cells placed at 120° each other. This forms the
main weighing portion. Load cells are connected parallel to the controller.
Load cells will transmit analog output according the weight. Micro-processor
based controller receive these analog input signal and convert it into digital
signal, and control the rest of the weighing operation as per the digital input
values selected. Bottom of the weigh hopper provided with double flap discharge
door to quickly discharged weighed material.
Above
the weigh hopper surge hopper c/w gravity feeder is provided. Surge hopper
receive raw material and gravity feeder uniformly feed raw material into the
weigh hopper.
To
achieve output as well as accuracy feeding will be done in 2 speeds i.e. Coarse
feed and fine feed. Coarse feed is necessary to achieve output and fine feed at
the final stage if the weighment is necessary to achieve accuracy.
Bottom
transition chute is to collect weighed material from weigh hopper without any
spillage and dump the material to down line process vessel.
Full
wired control panel c/w micro-processor based controller is the art of the
system controlling weight and weighing sequences as per the programme entered
in it.
